Title: Williams 40x jackpot reset Post by: dug on June 02, 2011, 01:04:32 AM Okay, this is probably a silly question, but I have a Magic Lamp that hit a jackpot and can't figure out how to clear it. Turning the jackpot key just goes to diagnostics and I don't see where to go from there to clear the credits. I looked through the manual I have and didn't see anything there either. Any help would be appreciated.
Title: Re: Williams 40x jackpot reset Post by: knagl on June 02, 2011, 09:14:10 PM Is the machine currently in a jackpot lockup condition (ie. the candle on the top of the machine is flashing both segments together and fairly slowly, the machine is playing music, and the LED displays are crudely showing the words "Hand Pay" alternating with a number of credits)? If so, with the main door closed turn the jackpot reset key on the right side of the machine. If you're turning it with the door open, it probably won't work.
