An IPC (IGT Progressive Controller) is IGT hardware that casinos can buy for running a progessive and setting up machines. I'm not sure what WAMM stands for, but I think the WA is Wide Area, as in Wide Area Progressive (WAP). WAP is for IGT controlled progressives, like MegaBucks and Wheel of Fortune.
