Title: Need Help Post by: murajiji on June 09, 2011, 04:32:50 PM hi i got an igt i game machines 94 series which indicates coin jam meter disconected.i tried to swap with another board but the pc board burn one of the ic part no mm74hc240bl.what might be the cause of the problem?

If your machine was manufactured in 1994, then it's most likely an S+, unless it's a video poker machine. Look for a 3" x 4" board in a metal case on the door (if it's an upright machine). That is an I/O board, and usually the cause of the errors you listed. There is also another board that looks the same in the cabinet that can go bad. If it doesn't have the I/O board on the door, it's probably an older model.
