Title: Wheel Of Fortune Why so Scared?
Post by: morspeed on June 30, 2011, 11:45:57 PM
Why is it that when somebody says something about wheel of fortune everybody is so pathetic on here. Wheel of Fortune Wheel of Fortune Wheel of Fortune!
There I said it now the IGT police are come and bust down my door for no reason. It's really sad, you know? That being said anybody know how to hook up the top box?

Because it's a leased game and you are not supposed to own it. If you had a book that had "Property of the Library of Congress" would you brag? We just don't want grief that's all. Sometimes discreetness is the accepted path.

well then they would not sell the parts out to slot dealers then but they do so explain that. I know it was a leased game but I don't know if you noticed they have a different one now and there are very few of this type even left in the casinos. The government doesn't want you to have their technology but when they are done with it they sell it to the public and other countries. ie. tanks and subs, boats, guns you get the point? They have moved on to new machines. These are obsolete.

That doesn't stop the big slot companies from being very protective of their property.  Even though they don't make the S+ or PE+ anymore, if you try and sell illegal copies of software for those platforms or make it available for download, you're going to get a nasty letter from IGT's lawyers.  As reho implied, there's not a lot of good that comes from advertising that you have a machine that they don't want you to have.

Just Like you said selling they are trying to make a profit off of their stuff. we are not. We are using for personal use.

Why you want one? :)

Yes but they are selling the parts to people. Just not the whole machine. You can do whatever you want with the parts.
