Title: Forum problems? Post by: poppo on July 07, 2011, 01:08:12 PM Anyone else having any problems with the forum? Today it seems to be running very slow and I have gotten a 'Can't connect to sever - too busy' message a few times. I'm not talking about 404 page not found type errors, this error appears to be coming from the forum software.

This was not a problem with reaching the forum (i.e. DNS), it appeared to be a problem with the forum software talking to the database. Also, by default Windows caches DNS for 24 hours, so DNS servers have little actual impact after the first visit. |
