Title: Re: 3D printer - not what you may think Post by: StatFreak on July 13, 2011, 04:28:22 PM Prints chocolate right? How much? Ooo, about 5 lbs at a time! :30- :200- Of course, it tastes like crap. :127- :208- :208- :208- :208-:256- Seriously, very cool. When I opened this thread, I was expecting to see one of those 3D plotters that cuts out solid objects from blocks of plastic as instructed from a 3D computer scan or CAD design. This takes that concept to a new level. :89- Title: Re: 3D printer - not what you may think Post by: idesign on July 13, 2011, 05:00:14 PM If you load crap into it will it still taste like crap? :97- :97-

Wonder how many body parts have been scanned? :72- Title: Re: 3D printer - not what you may think Post by: StatFreak on July 14, 2011, 04:13:46 AM That is amazing! Wonder how many body parts have been scanned? :72- Let's face it: Most things are invented with sex or "pron" in mind. :200- :208- :208- :208- If you load crap into it will it still taste like crap? :97- :97- Probably, but you'll be able to make pretty, colorful crap! :72- You know what they say: GIGO. So in this case, I guess it would be CICO. :25- Title: Re: 3D printer - not what you may think Post by: idesign on July 14, 2011, 08:56:28 AM If you load crap into it will it still taste like crap? :97- :97- It will probably have a slightly different taste? :5- :72- See, the machine is defective then. If it's gonna make perfect copies of crap it should taste the same. I am nominating Bunker to be the official taste tester ...... :256- :200- :200- Title: Re: 3D printer - not what you may think Post by: bigslope on July 14, 2011, 10:41:27 AM Wonder if it could do an exact copy of my Bally s5500. Now that would be a test and a half

Now that would be a test and a half I think you'll have to wait for them to invent the Replicators from Star Trek. :79- :96- Title: Re: 3D printer - not what you may think Post by: stayouttadabunker on July 14, 2011, 12:22:12 PM Wait! :299- The Starship Enterprise had a "bio-matter resequencer" onboard right? :128-
