I have purchased WBA 22/SS bill validators from JCM in Germany with firmware euro V2.31-30 & V2.48-35 Here is the problem!!! Machines with the K2V main boards the Validators work fine!!! But machines with the older es500 boards there seems to be a bug? When you insert a 5euro bill the validator rejects it when you insert 10euro bill the validator credits 5euro 20euro bill credits 10euro 50euro credits 20euro even in the audit event log it shows the bills as above? Any thoughts would be appreciated Regards Nick.... |
