THESE WERE THE ERRORS. 1. NO TOUCH SCREEN 2. NO BILL VALIDATOR 3. COIN IN JAM 4. CONSTANT RED LIGHT ON 3902 BOARD WHEN POWER TURNED ON 5.NO SIGNAL.
