I know about 3 years ago there was a topic about this machine. I have been doing LOTS of research trying to find more photos and info on this game.
I assume this does not exist in any casino. I've searched Vegas and AC, even online. I would buy this machine in a heartbeat.

It's part of the dotmation series - 3 reel mechanical (photo below)

I'm not sure it would be a 250 -- the upright version of these machines were model 40S5.

Anyway, to the best of my knowledge, all of the leased Monopoly Dotmation games found their way to the crusher.   :8-

PS - I thought the one site mentioned being that it's a sit-down slant top, it was referred to as a 250 model.
But you would definitely know more about that then me.

Oh, sure enough, Clay mentioned that on his site -- I hadn't heard that before, but I'll defer to his expertise.
