Anyone care to confirm that IGT sold Barcrest to Europe for 33mill.? (aprox.). B.

its confirmed.........
Scientific Games has agreed to pay $54 million for Barcrest in net cash.

IGT stands to earn another $3 million in cash, and, depending on post-closing adjustments, could earn as much as $66 million at the end of the deal.

Is this the same Scientific Games – located in California – that prints scratch off tickets for state lotteries, or a different company by the same name?
