Pictures will help ID the progressive
But if iyou configured it as a stand alone under 7.3.1 and set the values under 7.3.3 then it most likely A IGT Spectrum II.

I think you are looking for the code that tells the display to be "Rainbow" so that the colors are rainbow across all the numbers. I believe that you have to use the software and  somewhere on this board I saw a post related to this, it is a code that tells the Mikhon display to be rainbow but I don't remember what that is.

If it's a Spectrum then you need to do a chip change on it to make it change colors like in the video.  It's a PLCC chip located on the back of the board on the display.

Staz,

As idesign pointed out you need to change the plcc chip
or it could be a dip switch setting depending on the chip you have installed.
This thread has all the answers you need to figure it out.

You want a SDF100 if that is what you have then you need to change the dip setting
refer to reply 8 in the link

For the Mikohn chamII+ its called Dazzle and that would be MFILE 4 which is done with the switch and buttons on the cham board itself
looks very cool with that setting in my opinion.

To replace the chip, remove the back of the Specrtum (usually 4 nuts and 6 screws) and replace the chip in socket U2.  Also, notice that the dip switches must be set as shown in the photo below.
