Where I live in Pa. we did not feel it. One of the guy's in shop was on a creeper on the floor
under a truck & did not feel it. Non of my neighbor's felt it.
We are in between 2 mountains that run East & West. I'd say that's why we didn't feel it.
7 miles from me is a river that runs North & South , they felt it.

When I first saw this post I was thinking it was about the Aristrocrat Rockin Olives slot.  :72-

It was a 5.8 quake! A good one!
Looks like Colorado had one too.

Here is a good website for quakes; http://earthquake.usgs.gov/

Working at 911 when the quake hit Maryland Eastern Shore.  348 calls in less than an hour. Craziest thing Ive seen in almost thirty years in public safety, Friends checked on my dog and he is fine, just a little shaken up  :97-   but I wont get the chance to check the slots till the morning when I get off.  Hope everyone came through ok

We felt it up here in Canada also, but Jim at Blueridge is close to the epicenter, so he would have had it much worse.

I think Jim is okay...
He wrote me an email at about 2PM?
What time did the quake hit?  :103-

I had no idea there was cracks on the east coast?
Maybe crack whores but not earth plates shifting?

I believe it was just after 2:00.  the first one has a bunch of videos that play one after another.   I did hear from Jim, he is OK.

Further research has now shown that Tuesday's East Coast earthquake was
caused by a previously-unknown FAULT LINE running under D.C. and through
Virginia. ... It is now being called "Obama's Fault," - though some
researches say, No, it's really "Bush's Fault." ... Other theories are that
it was the Founding Fathers rolling over in their graves(!) or that what we
believed to be an earthquake was actually the effects of a 14.6 trillion
dollar check BOUNCING in Washington.

funny and sad at the same time!!

Well, if we're going there...

There was a 5.8 earthquake in D.C.?! Craziness. Even crazier, I heard Obama wanted a 3.9 but the Republicans wanted a 5.8, so he compromised.
