i have a few problems with my machine, again. when i turn the reset key it is not responding

active lock ups are;
CANCEL CREDIT
HOPPER DISCONNECTED, BUT IS IN FINE
HOPPER JAMMED, BUT ALL CLEAR
ILLEGAL COIN OUT
 says to turn reset key on then off to reset lock up codes
but key not responding
anything that can help me would be awesome
i have had so much help from this site, without it i still would not have my machine running
but thanks to you guys im almost there.
