Long story short I have been working on getting this system working again for a few days now.  Last night I got the entire system up and running, except for the pull handle.  It would not spin the wheels.  While I was playing the machine, I decided to press the cash out button to get my 8 quarters back.  (I have ran the hopper test a dozen times already)  The system dispenses the 8 quarters then I get a 31 tilt message.  I do a ram clear on the system and now the wonderful 11 is back.   Is there a way to test the voltage going to the board?   One thing I did notice last night is the solenoid on the handle is humming louder than it did before.  I did disconnect the power to it hoping it would help the voltage, but no luck. :208-
