Title: IGT Sircoma Model 401 adventure start Post by: coorslight115 on September 24, 2011, 11:41:49 PM Looking for a good Monitor person to make sense of this mess. A lot of pictures will follow and Moderator will forward to the correct location.
Picked up a IGT Sircoma Model 401 1981 Draw Poker machine today for next to nothing. It worked perfectly. The seller had replaced the monitor with a new RGB monitor and a Happ chassis. Only problem is they never secured the chassis to the machine. On the ride home it shifted and broke the connector off the yoke of the CRT and cracked the tube!. Now I need a New tube. The tube is a LG-Phillips A34KPU02xx. I can get a new one for $200 but I do not want to go that way. What are my options?? Can I use a RGB to Digital converter and use a 13" flat screen? Rob an old 13" tv or computer monitor of its tube? Or are there other options? It looks like they did a lot of modifying to get the new monitor to work. I posted pictures of the extra boards and wiring changes. All look a little shakey but it did work great till the ride home. Any help :103- :103- :103- :103- Title: Re: IGT Sircoma Model 401 adventure start Post by: coorslight115 on September 24, 2011, 11:42:48 PM more
