If so look for two pan head bolts sticking out on back of cabinet or side or in front of DBV if so equipped cross them with a quarter credits will be removed. If the board is set to unload credits or perhaps it is set to ticket redemption only? If so hold down one of the two re sets - turn on machine + follow instructions on what dipp switches to enable payouts + what form etc. FYI there is always in drastic cases as in some Cadillac Jack boards set improperly - you just cut one end of battery off for 5-10 minutes this should clear all memory. The Cyberdyne 8 liner boards can be tricky if not familiar with them on set up + operation - because of the Codec Key battery for security purposes. They make a great product.
