Mine had a round watch type battery holder put on the board since the batteries go dead so quickly in that Bally model.

Title: Re: bally 5000 plus battery Post by: crgadyk on October 06, 2011, 07:00:38 PM Im not a Bally 5000 expert by any means but I had one long enough to know that they can be a pain sometimes. If the battery has leaked on the board bad enough, it can ruin the board. I would recommend switching the batter to a holder that allows the battery to be easily replaced so you'll have less issues down the road.
I had a standard 5000 though, the 5000+ may be different. Hopefully a bally expert will jump on here and be able to help you more. I'm just here to keep your post at the top so people will see it :186- |
