Hi does anybody know what the error is when you get a 9999 all the way across the front of the machine and they blink.. I did a safe ram clear and now I get 9999 on the machine. Also does anybody repair these boards. I have two that have the same Problem. Thanks Robert

Having the same problem.  Have tried three different sets of saferam clear chips from three different vendors.  One set was just bad, the other two give me this 9999 code and I can't get the machines up and running.  Any ideas?

Hi first you should check to see if you have  920000 mains. If you do you do not need a set of clear chip. If you have them you can look in the lower right hand corner of your board and see a safe ram clear JW0. Move that black plastic to cover both pins. Than do a ram clear.Than move it back to cover just one pin. It also works with 930000 , 940000. 960000 mains.  950000 mains are the only ones you need clear chip.I also found that the U12, U15 ,U3, and U4 could be bad. I also had a bad MPU board. Hope this helps. I finally got it up and running.  I forgot to tell you to look at the board when you put it back in the machine and turn the power on. The little red light should not be blinking. If it is you could have a bad board.
