I figured some company mass produced

and they had a section where the cabinets are made. Those laminate pieces are all cut to specs and applied in that room. I'm sure any professional cabinet maker can do the exact same thing.... however, expect to pay the big bucks. what you need is some local guy/company/outfit that knows how to do it good..preferably on a friends recommendation that has had some cabinetry/kitchen work done by them and go see them if they would do it. You can cut with jig saw and use trim router on edges. glues on with contact cement....You could lay on side and make a template for sides.
