Title: Error 8100 after installing a new battery on my mpu board Post by: BR549 Auto Sales on November 23, 2011, 04:31:05 AM I installed a new battery on my Bally In The Money slot and when I tried to use my clear chips, I held the psuedo coin and test buttons while turning the machine on and instead of getting my normal clear message, I get an error code of 8100 flashing. Any ideas as to what this may be? I have installed batteries before and did a safe ram clear on these Bally slots with no problem at all.
RESOLVED................. even though I have a "new" battery, it seems to not have enough voltsge. Moderator, please remove. Thanks |
