Title: Does not print ticket only hand pay Post by: gposing on December 06, 2011, 12:37:29 AM I have an s2000 that when I press cash out it make all the noises but then say call attendant hand pay. Tested the ticket printer and it works fine.

you need look at 7.2.1.1 and see if it is enhanced validation. If it is you will need to key it to change it to system or standard.
