I was called to look at  :273- an S+ 5xPay 2CM on the gaming floor and a lady said that she had
"two numbers flashing in the "Winner Paid" display."  :71-
She insisted that she "didn't get paid the right amount."  ::)

I counted her quarters and explained to her that she had the correct amount.
I will give a kudos + and the right answer later tonight!  :214-

She cashed out, it was flipping between how much she won and how much she was paid. Musta had 5 credits left on the machine when she won that would be my guess

I counted 45 coins in her coin tray.
She thought she got 5 extra! lol
Anyways, she played one coin and cashed out after she had just won 40.
we just don't see that much here...that particular game has the SP611 installed.
It's the only game with it.

It's been around for about 10 years or so.
