Title: Bally E-2000 MPU dip switches. Post by: Randy W on January 19, 2012, 02:40:48 AM On the mpu board, what are the dip switches used for? The manual does not list 3-6. Are they used for making different sounds? The sound board self test worked but not any other time. The ribbon cable is good. I tried turning ribbon cable the other way but when I did that I think I fried the personality chip on the sound board. It is very hot to the touch. Any suggestion why the sound did not work would be great.

I have a Bally e-2000,after playing the reel lights don't reset or switch off,I have to reset via hopper to play again.The self test is ok,the reel board is ok.Any help out there please.I don't have a schematic,all traces by track and wire.
