Title: Bally 6000 /bonus game-will only print once, then handpay on future cashouts Post by: slotman357 on January 19, 2012, 11:47:31 PM Bally 6000 / Liberty ball- Bonus game on top. Can not get printer to print. Cleared ram. used new 2003 chips, reset ds 1,2 & 3 to latest a techs suggestion and reset options. ( Communications failure ) Would not recognize top bonus game. After clearing again, put back in original chips-dated 2003 also, set ds 1,2 & 3 back to original. ( note: ds-2 # 7 & 8 were on.) it fired up and got it to printed one time then went to hand pay on next cash out. I have 2 of them, doing the same thing. I got everything going except the printer.
Have gone through procedure several times and it does the same thing. Prints once and then goes to hand pay. I must be missing something. Is it possible that the original game chip is programed for only hand pay??? I am stumped!
