Title: fotune 1 701 Post by: havasu on January 26, 2012, 11:13:08 AM looking for some help with this machine. i thought it had a bad coin sw. it would not take coins. screen says to insert coins ,so i replaced with a working one still not working,next traced wires from sw. to i/o board all is good.does that mean bad board or should i be looking at some thing else? witch leds should be lit if any on that board? any help would be great thank you - james
Title: Re: fotune 1 701 Post by: Jim on January 27, 2012, 12:59:10 AM each switch should turn on the leds, except the coin out switch. the coin in should turn on the top (D-11) led,and the third one (D-13). each switch should turn on different combinations of the leds.
if they are faintly lit or do not lite at all chech the following.24 pin ribbon cable, matrix jumpers on the mother board, continuity of the orange lead from the switch matrix jumpers to the mother board. check the normally closed contacts on all of the other switches, check the omit for slot jumper on the I/O board.
