Vision and Reel Touch have 3 batteries A battery in the top box computer, and 2 batteries on the MPU the ones you need to replace to prevent errors are both coin sized batteries. Depending on which MPU you have you can remove the large battery from the MPU (50x MPU's only) do not remove it on a enhanced 1270 MPU. It also says "Japan Lithium Cell" on it. Be right back with a better picture of the battery! Title: Re: battery number for the round coin battery on a vision cpu Post by: jrsyjohn on January 31, 2012, 10:53:39 AM well guy's that's the answer i need. thank you to both!!!

Then when it dies it is easier to change them. All you need is to make sure you have the correct voltage. 2032 works great. And a lot cheaper. You can buy them anywhere like walmart. You are gonna have to unsolder and solder the new battery in anyway. Just put in the holder instead and you don't have to order it.
