Title: Changing Games on a I-Game
Post by: Captain Hook on January 30, 2012, 09:49:58 PM
I have an IGT I-Game and the chips for a bunch of different games for it. Currently when I change games I use a Key Chip to clear everything out and then I install the new chips.

This erases all the stats and the amounts of money played and the number of games played etc...   Is there a way to change the game without clearing all the info. I would like the total

number of games played and the amount of money played to accumulate even when I change games if this is possible???

Any help??

Thanks much

No.  The data gets overwritten when you install the new game.  Even if you don't clear it, the new game will.  You'll get a RAM error followed by a EEPROM error.  When you press and hold the test button it's clearing and writing the data specific for that game.
