Title: ABC optics "warm up" on PE machine. Post by: videoporker on February 03, 2012, 09:52:39 PM My PE machine will sometimes sit unplayed for a month or so. When I turn it on it won't register coins for about 15-30 minutes until it "warms up". Then it registers the coins and plays normally.
Could this be the ABC optics going out or do they either work or not? I can add credits right away with the door open using the little button on the optics board. If not ABC, what else could it be? Post by: Mr. Dinoman on February 03, 2012, 10:04:08 PM It could be bad optics...I would look for "cold" solder connections and/or carefully re-solder all the connection on the optics board and see if the clears the problem...If that does not do it, re-check all your connections and voltages...
