My 3rd light is not illuminated. This is what an old version of the CON1 manual states: LED 1 and 2 = display information and should flash on/off continuously - check! LED 3 = controller reset. It should always be lit - NOT CHECK. Mine is off. :103- LED 4 = power is supplied - check! Any idea what "controller reset" means and why my LED is not illuminated? Thanks!
