I can't seem to find my dip switch setting sheet at the moment. The dip switches are on the bottom of the head. Just remove the one screw in the front center.

I'd like to read this file, for whatever it's worth. Could this link be re-posted? I'm just trying to determine if I should replace the head on my DBV 145. I think I'm okay with it just accepting ones since it's a nickle machine anyway. I'm still not sure what's wrong with it other than it takes in bills (ones) and spits them out. The BV is enabled, lights are on, etc...
