Title: WBA 13 JUST STOP WORKING Post by: vegasbaby on February 11, 2012, 03:56:35 AM Hi was wondering if there is a quick fix.My WBA 13 just stop-ed working.Wont take bills and the display lite is not lit,have changed the bulbs.During first power up you can hear the the gears working as normal in the validator.Its been a few weeks since i last powered on the machine.I have checked all connections,pulled the head off,moved all the toggles switch's to one side then back and re installed it still not working.The machine has about 3800 credits on it,would that cause the bill validator to stop working?THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.MARK
Title: Re: WBA 13 JUST STOP WORKING Post by: cowboygames on February 11, 2012, 04:16:05 AM Depends on what the credit limit is set at and how many credits the bill you're trying to insert would add. If your bill limit is the common $3000 and it's a dollar machine, then it won't accept bills until the dollar value of the credits on the machine falls far enough below the limit that it can accept the new credits. If the machine works well otherwise, I would guess this is the likely issue. Have you had a couple of big wins since you last put bills in that pushed the credit total that high?
