Title: BE PATIENT!!!!
Post by: FOXSSLOTS1 on February 11, 2012, 05:01:53 PM
This site is great for users and dealers alike.  As a dealer I try to help WHEN I CAN!!!!  I know how frustrating it is when you have a machine problem and you want it resolved NOW!!!!  I use the site often when I have a question or issue and ALWAYS WAIT for someone to chime in; rather than to start DIALING.   SOOOOO - if I you don't get to your post PLEASE don't start calling me...  I do have a business to run and my customers get my immediate attention  - when I have TIME - I try to respond to NLG POSTS - so - when I don't - that kind of means I don't have time.   BE PATIENT!!!! please - thank you.

Well guess this post did not hit home - I am still getting calls at all hours - when I mention I don't fix machines on the phone - I get a SURPRISE VOICE - as if to say WHY NOT?   I have been polite up to know - so I have decided to be as INCONSIDERATE of those callers by not wasting my time or words - so a HANG  UP  is the only response from not on.  SORRY.

Simply using the search function normally yields results for fixing a problem :)

I've learned that if it can happen to your machine, it most likely has happened to someone else before and info can be found simply searching the forum to correct the problem. :)
