Hello all!
I have a Double Dollars 5 reel game and there's no music in the free spin bonus game, but there's spin music during normal play. anybody have any suggestions? thanks in advance

You either don't have a multimedia board on the game, don't have the right sound SIMM or you don't have enhanced sounds activated.

Pull out your board and look and see if the top picture is attached to it, if so see if the bottom picture is plugged into it and what number is on it. If neither, you need a sound board. Any vendor can hook you up.

If you don't have anything plugged into the photo below on your board, call one of the vendors

it could be the sound SIMM card. it has a multimedia feature but it didnt have enhanced options.

if i pull the board out, it is going to screw up the game when i put it back in and turn the machine on?

ok i checked the board and it has a MMlite but the SIMM is a DV00042

Push the self test button and navigate to sound options on the VFD and make sure enhanced is selected for the reel spin, roll up, etc. It'll say preferred beside it. Also the correct SIMM for that game is DSV00082
