I put in an order with them last week and paid via paypal.  I never got a confirmation email from the site of the order.  I have been calling this week trying to add to that order but the phone only goes to voicemail.  Messages have been left, but nobody has called back.   I think I have run across them on ebay as well.   Now I am just wondering if they are even still in business.  The kicker is I really need the part!  Anyone have any experience with them or should I start looking at filing a claim?

They have always managed to ship very quickly to me.  Just got something last week.  John has been around for a long time.  Dont file a claim just yet.

i bought a few things from him never had  a problem also talked to him....nice guy......maybe your order got mixxed up im sure he will take care of it.....

I bought a Mikohn CON1f controller and Gateway.  They arrived quickly, were well packaged, and looked just like the pictures.  They worked great and I now have a progressive jackpot on my PE+.  I've also downloaded free manuals. 

I'd send the PM as suggested.  I heard he had some site troubles a couple of weeks ago ... so probably related to that.

I'm sure it's just some communication snafu -- you found a good vendor in John (RudysDeals), but lately there have been a few reports of people having trouble getting a hold of him.  I'm sure they'll get everything straightened out for you, though -- I've had nothing but good experiences with them as well.

I have actually met him and he has in the past been at my older warehouse.  Crazy/good fella,  No claims yet please-- :60-. Thanks-B.

I was trying to get a hold of John a few weeks ago and posted almost the same thing.  The nice folks at NLG all had great advice on how to get a hold of him.  Next thing I know, John emailed me personally and was sincerely concerned and helpful.  Great guy to do business with!  He will come thru for you.  Like the NGL members said, PM him and give him a little time.

Email or PM is the best way to get in touch with John and company... he's a great guy to do business with.

One thing to keep in mind, it's just John, Dena, and Nicole, they are not a "huge warehouse full of staff" operation. With them you get great service and great prices, but they do get busy from time to time. Personally, I feel the relationship with them is more than worth the rare delay I've experienced.

             Not many people will take the time to meet you at a warehouse in Jersey by the docks on a Sunday morning to make a deal on a machine, (this don't sound right :103-) But John did !  Twice!! And I came out alive both times with the machine.... :208-

Pwrstroke you will have to invite John to your new quanset hut warehouse when you get it finished and anchored down. I'm sure it will be an upgrade from the smaller 10x12 warehouse Ed and I visited a while back. I'm sure there will be room for a-lot more sheet and treasures, we may even have to make a trip back down when it is all organized. :262-

UPDATE:  Well the 2nd PM finally got a response.  He said he would call me but that never happened either.  He finally just refunded my money and said USPS must have lost my order.  Didn't seem like my order was ever even sent but who knows.  Just my own experience here so hopefully others do a whole lot better than I did.   :103- 

John is a great guy and if he says your order was lost then it was.
He would bend over backward to make it right if it was any thing else.
They have been having server problems and he is hard to get a hold of.
Take a chance and reorder, he has the best prices in the slot world.

I've also bought items from John and he's always been a great person to deal with.

At this point I would suggest either calling or sending him a PM through NLG to see if he still has the part(s) you need.

Steve , I am Sorry abot that problem you had. But you can't alway's depend on the postal service,So we are starting to ship Fedex if possible. We also have been having problems with our servers in this area. In that Email sent to you, That since it was shipped first Class mail and might have got lost, That we were going try to Find another one and Ship it FREE and if you receive the other lost one, Just Keep It , Then you would have 2 of them for FREE.. We are trying to get our network together in a Prof manner. Also Thank The members Of NLG For there support. John
