Title: Reels spin but do not lock in place Post by: DHENNING on February 24, 2012, 07:15:37 PM E2000 1982 Bally Harrahs Marina slot. I can manually get the arm to work, the reels spin freely but do not lock. There seems that there is no power to the coil that activates the arm to be able to work? All lights work all diagnostic tests appeared to work?
