I've moved your post to the IGT S+ section. There is not an error code 13. Perhaps the last cash-out was for 13 credits? Is your machine working? Can you insert a coin or bill? (That is, if you have 35 credits on the credit meter, turn the game off, then turn it back on, are there still 35 credits?)
