Title: Re: having cycle problems Post by: stayouttadabunker on February 27, 2012, 06:19:52 PM It almost sounds like a loose ground wire on either the door emitter optic or the cabinet-side receiver optic -
check those Molex connections. The reels spinning can vibrate the reel shelf and door optics enough to cause intermittent contact. Also, check and make sure that when the door handle is fully depressed downwards when closed - the door optics must be lined up properly so that they "see" each other. So if it's set to cash, it will make change. If set to credit, it will add credits. No setting will make the machine cycle (i.e. reboot). If you tell us what game chip (SPxxxx) it has, we can help you get any of the settings the way you want them. (i.e. bills always go to credit) |
