Title: Bally 5500 Bill Validator Post by: jdkmunch on January 26, 2009, 12:52:11 AM I have a strange thing going on with my Bally 5500:
I have a MPU installed with Overload chips and reels with Overload strips installed - the machine accepts bills without a problem. I switched the tray and put in another MPU with Double Blazing 7's and reels - the machine would not accept bills - iit is green but does not suck the bill in. I switched out the DBV-200 with a spare DBV-145 and it works perfectly. Is there something I have to do to get the board to work with the DBV or is the 200 that I have broken? If it is how much does a DBV-200 head go for?
