The coin tray assembly on these machines sometimes smashes the solenoid wires, making the machine blow fuses due to a shortcircuit produced by the smashed wire in contact with the metal chasis of the door.  Take the coin tray assembly out (pull it up), and make sure there are no wire in the path of the sliding bolts.

If that's not the case, try checking that there are not coins in contact with electronic boards.

If not the case either, as last resource try turning on the machine without each peripheral to see if it's one of them producing the short.

Example:

1. Turn off, Take the hopper out then Turn ON.   Still blowin fuse?   ---->  2. Turn off, put new fuse, now take the coin tray out, turn ON, same?  --->  3. Turn off, put new fuse, take monitor out, same?  and sooo onn.

That's a method of troubleshot I use to chase shortcircuitproducingcomponents  :5-

Cheers.
