Title: 1984 Aristocrat Help Post by: drfreeze1739 on March 16, 2012, 08:14:01 PM Hello I need a little help here today.... Every one here has been a great help in the past and i realy apeceat it.... I got a older machine from a friend of mine just gave it to me..... I get some lights on the machine to light up on it but thats all.... It dose nothing..... I pulled the board and didnt see any battery on the board.... So i dont know where a battey would even go since there is not one on there... Attached is some pics of the machine.. Title: Re: 1984 Aristocrat Help Post by: dcaw on September 11, 2012, 07:53:56 PM I'm new to this but I'm working on one of these too. Sounds like yours has the same issue as mine is having. If you haven't done it already, pull the main power supply and check it out. This one has a blown bridge rectifier (see pick) at "B2" so I'm starting there. Right now I'm waiting on the replacement parts to come in so I can continue the repair. So far I've replaced all of the caps on it, not sure if they were bad but since I had it apart and since these dry out over time I replaced them, can't hurt and there inexpensive. Good luck.

Mine was missing the main MPU board.... Could no longer find any of those MPU boards around..... Every thing was there except the MAIN MPU mother board.. Thanks again for you help...
