Mine looks like sort of like that one on ebay...the glass fits but the payouts are obviously inserts that were added later. Here's mine...I bet the mechanism of mine is identical to his.

My Mills is no longer in the garage...it's sitting on a nice White Clad stand, happily waiting to gobble quarters. I got it for $200 on CL - did a little cleaning and some troubleshooting. Problem ended up being one screw too tight in the mechanism!
