What numbered strips are you presently possessing? or better yet, what SS or SB chip would you like to use. Or better yet! Can you post pictures of your award glasses? Remember, the more you can tell us - the better we can help you! Title: Re: Strip #s for 5 line double or triple diamond? Post by: ghetto1971 on March 28, 2012, 02:01:40 PM It is for a S2000. I don't have the glass right now, I was going to buy a set from slots4home but I want to try and find the game chip and strips before I commit to the glass.

and it would be best to wait until you obtain the glass first. Always try to get the strips first when building and putting together a kit for yourself. A good set of strips is the hardest to get in the open market. The rest is much easier to get... Title: Re: Strip #s for 5 line double or triple diamond? I always thought he was some guy in Cali with a lotta slot goodies every now and then! :72- just kidding! He's a great seller and I've gotten many parts from him! :89- I think he's one of our better backdoor-behind-the-casino nighttime garbage container divers! :96- Title: Re: strip question Post by: OldReno on March 28, 2012, 08:05:40 PM @ Bunker, yeah, Darrell's great. I owe him.
I'm surprised no one out there is making custom reel strips. We used to have some screen printers here who did that as a part time gig. One guy even made some sets of Snoopy strips for us at the Mapes. They were very popular until a friend of Charles Schultz blew the whistle on us and we had to remove them. It would seem someone with a good color printer and computer could make virtually any reel strips needed. Me, I'm not that good an artist. I think you hit on the reason that there aren't people making reel strips -- unless you use original (non-copyrighted) artwork, there are too many copyright issues to deal with to even think about doing it. Post by: CVslots on March 28, 2012, 11:31:49 PM Craig/Old Reno - Just to clarify there are TWO Darrell's in California (within 40 miles of each other):
Darell / Slots4Home & Darrell & Roslyn / CV Slots BOTH are WONDERFUL guys :89- :89-, however, I must say I am slightly partial to Darrell from CVSlots (probably because I'm married to him!! Lol!!) :97- :97- Just wanted to clarify, seems to be some muddying of the "Darrell" waters..... -Roslyn/CV Slots Title: Re: Strip #s for 5 line double or triple diamond? One day I didn't have a clue which "Ron" I was supposed to send some harnesses I made to? So I emailed all of them and got various responses from "Ron"s" in Kentucky, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio! lolololo! |
