Yep, that's what I have too.

Is that the one on ebay?  Just says IGT I Game ezpay poker or something.  And teh description is just the eproms.

COMPLETE SET OF VIDEO GAME CHIPS
Game PROMs The game program is stored on a set of four programmable, read-only memory chips
(PROMs). The labels indicate GME1, GME2, GME3, or GME4 and the game version
(G0004850). Insert GME3 into the PXL1 PROM socket and GME4 into the PXL2
socket.
Base PROM The paytable program is stored on this PROM. The label indicates BASE and the
paytable version (M0000xxx).
Character Flash
Card(s) This program requires 4 MB of memory. The CG number is C0001113.
Pixel Flash
Card(s) This program requires 16 MB of memory. The pixel number is C0001113.
DSS Flash Card The sound program is labeled with DSS00589 and requires a multimedia lite board II.
Optional Spectrum
