I would remove the hopper and check all the fuse on the back wall. Also check the plug on the power supply board located on the lower back wall behind the hopper. That plug tends to get hot and burns the connection. If this machine has been sitting for a while I would unplug all the connections on the circuit boards carefully and make sure they are making a good connections. If you remove the small ribbon cable connecting the 2 boards be carefull of there small pins, they can be bent or broken if not carefull.. Also what condition is the power cord? They tend to get pretty messed up where it comes out of the machines bottom... Just thought of something else, can you tell if the reel assembly is plugged in? Pull them out a bit and look on the right rear top corner, there should be two plugs there that control the reels.. Alway unplug the machine when doing this kind of work.. Make sure to look over the fuse holders good too. I've had the metel connections inside break or have had cracked caps or holders.. Alway use an OHM meter if you have one, fuses and holders are best checked with one..

need to check and see if in fact it is fried - the diodes look bad but when they do go they usually take a fuse with it - do a continuity test on the diodes and do a voltage check on the test leads.

No fues whwere blown...I checked them all with a meter.. I also found a coin behind this board when i pulled it out...

then i found a post on here that showed me how to check the voltage o tp1 tp2  tp4

soi did and tp4  is only geting 1.5 volts needs to be 10volts dc

tp2 7.5 volts this one is good. tp1 is only doinf 1.5v needs to 5 volts..

You said that you checked the diodes, the question is did you have resistance in one direction but not in the other (swapping the leads)? An open diode will result in an open circuit. also there is a bridge rectifier mounted inside of the heat sink near the pins. This is essentially 4 diodes so you can check these in the same manner as a regular diode. Place the leads across any two adjoining pins and then swap the leads to make certain that there is resistance in only one direction. If only one set of legs shows open then you need to replace the bridge.
The diodes are very common 1N4001 (1 amp 400 Volts). If you search Radio Shacks website you will find a bridge rectifier that looks similar to the one mounted on the board.  The bridge rectifier is also 1 amp at 400 volts.
