Just wanted to pass on some sad news. I just got off the phone with David and his Father Passed Away this morning. He is sad, but also knows that his Father has gone to a better place. I just thought everyone should know, and I am sure that David is really not up to posting about it. I am sure that he can use our family compassion and messages that NLG is so famous for. Even though we've never met in person Stat, I'm am really bummed out and I feel really bad for you. Stay strong man...I'll bet your dad was a pretty good guy and he'll be watching you forever. When I met you in person last Friday, I discovered that you are an incredible person with a gift to make people feel very comfortable. I must assume that you got that gift from your father. The service went well. There were about 50 people there and about 70 at his celebration of life. We think that there were about 100 people who attended overall. That's pretty amazing considering that he was 90 years old. My father was very well liked and respected. My sister and I vowed not to cry in public, but we did anyway. I miss him, but he had a long, full life. He was successful in business, had three wives, traveled all over the world, danced until he couldn't anymore, loved spending time with his grandkids and family, enjoyed being outdoors and tending his fruit trees, and generally loved life. He was in no pain and on no medications, was sharp as a tack until the end, was surrounded by friends and family at home, and his last wife was with him when he passed. We will miss him very much.
