Title: wba calibration Post by: brianfink on May 03, 2012, 11:34:41 PM I have several wba heads that still dont work after cleaning. I have never tryed to calibrate one(I just replaced the head). Can getting the calibration paper really bring most of these back to life ( they are mostly older wba11 heads). And also how many heads can I calibrate with one paper?
Title: Re: wba calibration Post by: JCM Tech on May 06, 2012, 04:58:16 AM It's always a good idea to calibrate after cleaning the head. You never kow how clean it was at the last calibration and you can calibrate in the dirt factor. As for how long the calibration paper lasts, that depends on how clean you keep it. Try not to touch the white part as you may leave dirt or oils from your fingers. When I worked for JCM I have used one piece to calibrate several hundred units. When not in use, keep the cal paper flat and clean by placing it between a couple pieces of cardboard. It should last for a long time.
