Looks like a countertop gambling device of some type.

looks like a trade stimulator themed after a roulette wheel.also looks like its been modified the square numbers in the center look added on.

I saw this in a local antique shop and thought it was interesting, this is why i asked the original question. Thanks for the replies.

I dumped that picture of the game into the Google image search and found out what it was...it's a quiche!  :208-
I thing that image search needs some fine tuning.

Searching w/o Google image and found this. Not the same but maybe yours is a later version of this one by Western Automatic. Is there any name on it?
