I have a previous post about my IGT S+ Slot Machine and the Fluttering LED Display. I have tried for the past 3 months to find the problem and have tried all recommendations from this site...however, I must be missing something. This power ripple is still there and I really do not want to replace all the internal parts (the motherboard, power pack, or LED display) Any other ideas are appreciated.
