Title: Processor Cards for Bally V2337-5
Post by: darkhorse1975 on May 15, 2012, 10:49:21 PM
I recently purchased a Bally Model #V2337-5 Draw Poker Video quarter machine, but the 3 processor boards and the assembly that holds them is missing. I would appreciate any help finding!!

Thanks!

I have a couple of those board stacks but I don't think I have the exact number. I know one is 2337-21, another is 2336-? I have one other I could not get to come out of the machine. I'm not sure what the last numbers mean behind the dash? I might even have the payout glass for the top of your machine. The glass in the top of yours looks like the glass that should be in the bottom position.

Thank you for the help, Gary! :131-

I'm not sure about those numbers after the dash, either. Maybe the ones you have would work, as long as same model # of machine?

I was going to make a couple phone calls tomorrow and see if I can gleam any additional information.

I will post info tomorrow.

The one board set I couldn't get to slide out of the machine looks just like yours, except the glass is correct in this one. Mine don't have monitors so I have no way to check the boards. Let me know.

Here is some information I found tonight:

I did a search of this forum and found a link to Bally's Parts Catalog:  http://slot-tech.com/interesting_stuff/bally/Bally%20V23xx/Bally%20FO-850-12%20V23xx.pdf

From this catalog (page 16), it looks like the part numbers for each of the 3 boards is the same for these model #'s: V-2362, V2363, V2336, and V2337.

So, perhaps all of the boards that you have from any of your machines of these series have a possibility of working. The man I bought the machine from said that the machine was working well before the boards were lost, but would occassionally freeze up during play and have to be restarted to continue again. He took the machine into a slot repair business to have this issue looked into, but later the shop admitted that they had lost the 3 processor boards.  :103-

Gary, It might worth a try to see if your boards would bring life back to this machine!
