Bally error 3.1 is a hopper error. When you go into the 11d programing (push test button till 11d appears on door) You will need the list of settings in 11d ( search this site). you can then disable the hopper to clear that problem. As for the C1 on the Mikohn, that a comm problem in the Cham unit. You may need a copy of PSP to reprogram it. I sent you info on the progressive settings and a link to a bally 6000 module 2. It will explain how to access the setup menu to disable the hopper and what ever else you want to do.
